We collect information you provide when creating an account including your name, email address, age, gender, location, profile photos and videos.
We use your information to provide and improve the MSITI service, connect you with other users in the Albanian community, send you notifications about messages and activity, and ensure the safety of our community.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your profile information is visible to other MSITI users. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the app (Supabase for database and storage, RevenueCat for subscription management, Apple for in-app purchases).
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your profile, messages and media are permanently removed within 30 days.
MSITI is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately terminated.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support.msiti@gmail.com for any data requests.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. However no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
